Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional notification with tracking details.

We use NinjaVan for all SG, MY & PH shipments, and each order comes with a tracking ID to monitor your delivery. For other international shipments, we use Aramex.

Singapore: 3-5 business days - Standard Delivery SGD 4.30

Malaysia: 4-8 business days - Standard Delivery RM 30

Philippines: Manila 3-6 business days / Others 7-11 business days - Standard Delivery PHP 450

United Arab Emirates 4-8 business days - Standard Delivery AED 60

Australia 4-8 business days - Standard Delivery AUD 20

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at sales@adaptherb.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
